BearDaBeast with back-to-back 30 point games
Minneapolis-St. Paul – T-Wolves Gaming, the official NBA 2K League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves, defeated Gen.G with a two-game sweep in a best-of-three series. T-Wolves Gaming is now 5-1 on the season.
In the first game of the series, Michael “BearDaBeast” Key notched a double-double with 34 points and 10 assists. Xavier “Big Saint” St. John picked up where he left off on Tuesday night, shooting 5-of-9 from the field for 12 points. Jordan “JMoney” Martinez grabbed four steals along with his 14 points and three assists. Mihad “FEAST” Feratovic secures his eighth double-double of the season with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
In the second game of the series, BearDaBeast finished with 32 points, with 23 points of those points coming in the first half. BearDaBeast also added seven assists and three steals. FEAST contributed his ninth double-double of the season with 12 points and his third 20+ rebound outing of the season. JMoney added 18 points shooting 2-of-4 from deep in the overtime win.
T-Wolves Gaming will be on a bye week during Week Five and will return to play on June 9 at 8pm CT against Grizz Gaming.
